The entry ticket starts at AR$ 150,000 per project. Each opportunity can define its own minimum depending on the type of works and the financing plan.
Returns are determined at the close of the project based on the cash flow generated by the sale or rent of the development, net of trust expenses and the manager's fees.
Each development is structured under a real estate trust with real guarantees. If a project doesn't move forward, the procedures set in the contract are triggered to return contributions to investors based on the status of the trust.
Valcerohq S.A. operates as a collective financing platform and works with registered trustees. Each project complies with the regulations of the National Securities Commission (CNV) and AFIP for tax matters.
