Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the valcerohq.com website and the services offered by Valcerohq S.A. (Tax ID 30-71834562-9), with registered office at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 8, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the site or registering as an investor, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Purpose

Valcerohq operates as a Collective Financing Platform (PFC) registered with the National Securities Commission under License N.º 41, and facilitates the meeting between investors and real estate projects structured through trusts managed by professional trustees registered with the CNV.

3. Capacity

To operate on the platform you must be at least 18 years old, hold an Argentine national ID or legal residence in the country, not be on lists of politically exposed persons (PEP) without proper declaration and not appear on terrorism or money laundering lists issued by the UIF.

4. Investment risks

Investments in real estate crowdlending projects are subject to risk. The invested capital may be lost in whole or in part, timelines may be extended and expected returns are not guaranteed. Valcerohq does not guarantee any return or the repayment of capital. Before investing, read all project documentation.

5. Fees

Valcerohq charges a management fee on the capital placed and a success fee on the return actually distributed. The fees applicable to each project are detailed in its technical sheet before the confirmation of the contribution.

6. User obligations

You agree to provide truthful information, keep your credentials confidential, not use the site for unlawful purposes, comply with the tax obligations derived from your investments and notify any change in your equity or legal situation.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, trademarks, logos, code, images) is the property of Valcerohq S.A. or its licensors. Its reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Liability

Valcerohq shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site. Our liability is limited to the amount actually received as a fee for the relevant transaction.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.

10. Amendments

Valcerohq may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published at valcerohq.com/terms with the date of the update. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the new conditions.
