Privacy Policy
At Valcerohq S.A. ("Valcerohq", "we" or "the Company") we respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law N.º 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We collect identification data (first name, last name, national ID/CUIT), contact data (email, phone, address), economic and financial data required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations (UIF Res. 78/2023), browsing data (cookies, IP, device) and any other information you voluntarily provide through the site.
3. Purposes
We process your data to: a) onboard you as an investor; b) provide information about real estate projects; c) comply with legal and regulatory obligations (CNV, AFIP, UIF); d) send commercial communications if you opted in; e) carry out statistical analyses and improve the platform; f) prevent fraud.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent, on the performance of a contract to which you are a party, on the fulfilment of legal obligations and on Valcerohq's legitimate interest in ensuring the security and improvement of the service.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with: trustees and financial institutions structuring the projects; regulatory authorities (CNV, AFIP, UIF, Central Bank) when required; technology providers acting as processors under confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. International transfers
Some infrastructure providers are located outside Argentina. In those cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses approved by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
7. Retention period
We retain your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, thereafter, for the ten (10) year period required by anti-money laundering regulations and by Argentine tax law.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to privacidad@valcerohq.com with a copy of your ID. If you consider your rights have not been addressed, you may file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority of Law 25,326.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures —TLS 1.3 encryption, password hashing, access control, regular audits— to protect your data. No system is 100% secure: we will notify any incident in accordance with applicable regulations.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be available at valcerohq.com/privacy. If changes are material, we will notify you by email.
